Sam literally "grew up" in a real estate office. As a second generation Realtor, he and his mother lived in one part of the house and had the office in another. Over the years, Sam got his real estate license at age 17 and made his high school teachers his clients! No wonder he was selected as "Outstanding Senior" of his class of 1976 at Conroe High School! From here, Sam worked his way through Houston Baptist University, graduating without having taken out a single loan. Instead, he sold houses to pay for his education. While at HBU, Sam started his first real estate company in 1978 after obtaining his Broker license. He became certified as an appraiser, taught real estate classes for 17 years at HCCS and at San Jacinto College. Now, he brings a world of experience to YOU, his loyal customer base.
